- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees will be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For customized or pre-order items, additional processing time may apply, which will be communicated during purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID. You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website for real-time updates.
Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
- For domestic orders, reshipping charges will apply.
- For international orders, the cost of return shipping and reshipping will be borne by the customer.
Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the customs authority or courier partner.
Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged product or items are missing from your order:
